One Social Media Welcomes New Employees

DES MOINES, Iowa – Feb. 16, 2011 – One Social Media is formally announcing the addition of three fresh minds to its team, plus the promotion of two current professionals. One Social Media was honored to welcome Rob Wormley, Mike Bal and Alexandra Guzik as Social Media Project managers of One Social Media beginning January 1.

“We are thrilled to be expanding our company at such an economically difficult time,” said One Social Media founder and President, Joe Soto. “More than anything, I am extremely excited to join together each of the individual talents to create a powerhouse of knowledge and ideas with the ultimate goal of giving our clients amazing results.”

Each of the three project managers will be responsible for various facets of client social media such as; Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn. All three new hires have a diverse background of accomplishments. Wormley holds a B.S. in Journalism from Iowa State University, Guzik holds a B.A. in Public Relations from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and Bal holds a B.A. in Advertising from Iowa State University.

In addition to the new hires, One Social Media would also like to commend Taylor Hinkle, who has been promoted to Senior Project Manager, and Barb Osier who was promoted to Director of Client Happiness. Hinkle has been with One Social Media since July 2010, and Osier has been with One Social Media since April 2010.

“This is a great start to the year,” said Soto “One Social Media has set out to shake things up and provide a very creative edge to how social media is typically dealt with. We really have only started to make our mark on Des Moines. Nationally, we are way ahead of the game.”
